Although we’d worked with this client on smaller projects for over a decade, it was time to dig deeper. We spent time on the collection floor, and got to know people in different roles. We researched what was happening in the industry, in Canada and other countries.
Our strategists explored the unique attributes of MetCredit’s sales funnel and we built out buyer personas based on real-world data. We identified conversion paths for each persona. Then we designed and built a robust bilingual website, with a blog, Live Chat and Hubspot integration. We continue to meet with MetCredit every week to track progress, brainstorm and set new goals.
