Report Suspicious Communications

If you have received a suspicious email, text message, job offer, invoice, website link, or other communication claiming to represent Graphos, please report it using the form below.

We review all submissions carefully to help identify and respond to potential abuse, including fraudulent recruiting activity, phishing attempts, and impersonation using lookalike domains.

Please note:

• Official Graphos email communications come only from our graphos.ca domain.
• Communications from other domains are suspicious and should be reviewed carefully.
• We will NEVER ask candidates, contractors, clients, or partners to send money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, deposits, equipment payments, or other upfront fees. We will NOT send you funds and ask for reimbursement of an overpayment.
• In legitimate employment arrangements, payment flows from employer to employee or contractor, never the reverse.

• Sender email address or phone number
  Website or domain name involved
• Message content or screenshots
• Any links, attachments, payment requests, or unusual instructions
