Fraudulent recruiting messages and impersonation scams have become increasingly common across many industries, affecting businesses of all sizes, including agencies, consultancies, and professional service firms. These scams typically involve unauthorized third parties using lookalike domains, fake job postings, or deceptive communications to impersonate legitimate companies.

These activities do not indicate a breach of Graphos’ systems, website, or email infrastructure, but we take them seriously and actively investigate suspicious activity reported to us.

To protect candidates, please be aware of the following:

• Legitimate opportunities with Graphos will be posted on this page or communicated directly through official company channels.
• Official email communications from our company come only from the graphos.ca domain.
  Consider communications from other domains claiming to represent Graphos or Graphos Product to be suspicious.
• We will never ask candidates, contractors, or employees to send money, pay deposits, purchase equipment upfront, buy gift cards, use cryptocurrency, or pay any type of fee as part of recruiting or onboarding.
• In legitimate employment or contractor relationships, payment flows from employer to employee or contractor, never the reverse.
